Faith is God's Gift To You

Today's Gospel Truth ~  "And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.  For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall belie that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith."  Mark 11:22-23

When we receive gifts we're excited about from family or friends we become elated with joy, smiling from ear to ear, super loving giving hugs and kisses, a bit proud bursting with bragging of what that person has done for us, and we most definitely cherish that gift at least for awhile.  Yet do you know who gives even greater gifts?  Have you ever paid attention to the many gifts you have received from your Abba Father?  Well it is no secret that Abba Father has given each of us gifts to use on earth before we were even in our mother's womb.  God has given us External Gifts of Grace, Gifts of the Spirit which prepares us in Ministerial Work for Public Service, and there is also his free Gift of Grace which was given to God's elect in Christ before the world began.  The most fascinating thing about God's Gifts are the fact that they are given in complete packages such as with the Gift of Prophecy which is one of the Gifts of the Spirit.  Romans 12:6 explains the Gift of Prophecy as one who has this gift also have  the ability to explain the scriptures according to that light, knowledge, faith and experience which he has.  Here we see that along with the Gift of Prophecy one also receives everything else he will need to successfully use that gift.

Our Gospel Truth for Today begins with Jesus telling his disciples to, "Have Faith in God."  We can accept that faith is also a precious Gift from God given for us so that we may experience spiritual success as we apply it.  The difference between receiving a gift from a friend and receiving a gift from God is that after awhile the friend's gift becomes outdated and goes on a shelf but God's gifts are forever evolving, forever creating, and forever living.  The 'measure of faith' that we all share is God's Gift living within you right now which has the ability to produce that which you have been praying for.  Even though we are made in the image and likeness of our God  we can do nothing of ourselves as Believers unless we utilize his Gifts within us.  Coming into agreement with and connecting to this valuable Gift of God's Faith within us will surely place us in a better position for his word to form that which was spoken  by or for us.  If you're not well today and you are believing for healing, remember that it is God's Faith which is forever creating that will produce healing within your body as you declare his word over you.  When we don't see a breakthrough all we have to do is Activate our Belief to accept God's Faith to work for us.  Let's Live on Abba Papa's Faith.  **AMEN**

"Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;"  Romans 12:6

"For I say , through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think ; but to think soberly , according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith."  Romans 12:3
