Now Trending ~ The Mind Of Christ

Today's Gospel Truth ~ "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:"  Philippians 2:5

Identifying Christ within us guides us into the type of relationship we will have with the Trinity - God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit.  However, the most important question we all need the answer to is, 'Who is Christ to me'?  In finding the answer to this question we will come to the knowledge of what he means to us,  how we will treat him, what we're willing to allow him to do in our lives, and to top it all off, we will most certainly find the truth of our existence here on the earth.

Finding out the importance of Christ in our lives places us in a position of great strength of distinctive quality.  While it is important to know who we are as individuals it is much more important to understand and know who we are as Sons and Daughters of Jehovah Adonai - the Lord God our Sovereign.  It is when we identify who Christ is and want to be in us are we truly ready to receive and agree with the plans and purposes the Lord our God has for us and this helps us in identifying how we respond to him in service which is what we were created to do.  Serving Christ  is in no way compared to  a slave serving his master but we commit to serving Christ the way a copartner faithfully assists his partner for the Kingdom of God to be in effect here on the earth.  The mere fact that as Children of God not only are we his Sons but also his heirs which means that we too have all rights and privilege to everything Jesus had while here on the earth.  {Galatians 4:7}

The Mind of Christ is a beautiful Mind, filled with compassion, adoration, magnificent creativity, esteemed intelligence, awesome wisdom, ever flowing love, kindness, exuberant light of energy, never ending favor, grace, mercy, unshakeable power, divine integrity, irrefutable strength, unquestionable authority, and disciplined assurance of his belief, just to name a few.  The Mind of Christ has the ability to baffle a stadium filled with the world's most brilliant scientists with just one thought.  Today preachers all over the world speak on having the Mind of Christ because it is truly in having this mind are we able to do the things God wants us to do in the earth for him, as the Mind of Christ indeed stems from the Mind of God himself. {Colossians 3:12} With the ability of this mind we can speak to the wind and make it obey, speak to the weather and watch it change, declare to infirmities, depression, and chaos of any kind and experience the turnaround within our lifetime.

We are encouraged throughout the Old Testament and the New to cleave to the Mind of God as it only through incorporating his mind do miracles happen to change atmospheres.  When problems come to hinder our walk as Believers we must remember that there is a Greater Mind waiting for us to seek his wisdom and expertise. Our Father God is always willing to lead us into peace, the peace that quiets troubled hearts and worried minds as his peace not only fills but also has the power to heal.  Let us raise our minds today to the Mind of Christ who represents the Mind of our Father God.  **AMEN**

"And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever."  2 Chronicles 28:9

"Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ."   Galatians 4:7

"And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God." Romans 8:27

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved , bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;"  Colossians 3:12

"Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you."  2 Corinthians 13:11
