Today's Gospel Truth ~ "Be careful for nothing;
but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your
requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all
understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Philippians 4:6-7
Even in the chaos and
the extremities of life there is a place of peace that we will always find in
God. One of the beautiful attributes of
our Father we call upon daily is his Spirit of Peace. The Spirit of Peace is an ever abiding
presence that is always present to work in our lives and work for us. Living in a world filled with negativity that
sometimes knock on our doors bring circumstances that will leave you in a state
of despair with intentions to steal your joy, destroy your life, or kill your
future.
Our year of 2012 is still in it's early period yet there are many murders, suicides, and accidents that has left loved ones broken with the feeling of hopelessness. Even as we enter the month of love, for many their peace have already been shattered or stolen. While it is satan's plan to steal your joy and rob you of your peace, we have to choose to lean on God in times of hardship because it is especially in these times when one doesn't know what else to do.

Abba Papa loves when
we look to him in times of despair and confusion as he is the only one who can
truly remove the burdens of heaviness, clear our minds of the clutter, while
filling our minds with his loving Spirit of Peace. The Spirit of Peace has an amazing way of
working the unrest of confusion out in our lives whatever it may be. When we find that we are 'trusting' God to
fill our hearts with his peace yet we don't feel like it is working, it is
simply because we are not Trusting him enough.
As we cast {give - leave at his feet - drop} our cares upon God he then has room to work on our behalf. It is impossible to ask someone to type a resume for you without giving them the file that contains your information, it is only when you pass the file over can that person work with and complete your needed document. It is in this same manner we have to pass our files of burdens over to him and allow him to complete the work. As we remember that our God, Abba Papa is more than able to perfect that which we need in the meantime let us invite, receive, and hold on to his Warming, Beautiful, Spirit of Peace. **AMEN**
